Please kindly note that the conditions to receive legal aid  are the same for all citizens.
So, according the legal aid law, the applicant has to pass the financial test. I've looked thru your page State guaranteed legal aid

and understand that at the moment public defenders from Chisinau provide legal aid just in Riscani and Ciocana sectors. 



But I need a  lawyer that provide legal aid on my request in Buiucani sector.
Two years ago in october (19 october 2012) I was severely beaten in the house of my fomer girl-friend, Aurica Latescu (47 Calarash str., Sculeanca District, Buiucani, Сhisinau), by two bandits Mihai and Andrei. After it I spent several weeks at a hospital, passed the experts commission (expertiza medico-legala) and came out.  So, I'd like to address to Consiliul Naţional pentru Asistenţa Juridică Garantată de Stat (the National Legal Aid Council) because at CPs Buiucani (mun.Chişinău, str. Calea Ieşilor 12) they refused to help me:

Valentina Vasilean (022-74-86-81)from informational and statistics department of CPs Buiucani didn't find any  registration and evidence of this case in their journal of crimes, regisry and paperwork.

I found out that head of PI Buiucani and commissioner of Police Commissariat Buiucani  Grigore Copiimulți has the scandalous reputation:
